Tarek Haddad is a Lebanese photographer born and based in Beirut. He studied photography at Notre Dame University - Louaize, and has participated in many workshops with international artists and photographers such as Halida Boughriet, Aurelie Petrel, and Dalia Khamissy.

His work is inspired and driven by a constant questioning of the emotional and relational human conducts. His projects ruminate on humanity's engagement with the environment, in both spatial and cultural aspects. His work also considers and ponders upon the experiences of the personal and collective memory, acting as a contextualized invitation to speculate, through personal perspectives, upon common matters of our social lives..

Tarek was recently selected as a grantee for the 4th cycle of the AFAC (Arab Fund for Arts & Culture) ADPP grant (Arab Documentary Photography Program), and had his first solo exhibition "Vesica Piscis" at Galerie Janine Rubeiz.

His "neoplasticity" series has recently taken part of the opening exhibition at CUB Gallery.
